When babies are unsettled, have reflux, or feeding has been difficult, many parents arrive feeling exhausted and overwhelmed, often having already tried a great deal. These experiences can take a significant toll on mental health, confidence, and enjoyment of early parenthood.

My work brings together psychological support with infant and breastfeeding expertise, focusing on more complex situations where difficulties overlap. I also offer self-guided learning and webinars for simpler feeding questions and for those who prefer to work through steps at their own pace.

Unsettled Babies & Parental Wellbeing

I offer sessions for babies with excessive crying, reflux or behaviours that seem difficult to manage. I work with parents to make sense of what's happening through the lenses of infant development, feeding, sleep, co-regulation and parental mental health. The aim of these sessions is to reduce overwhelm and help parents feel more supported and to regain a sense of control.

Breastfeeding Support

I offer some 1-2-1 support sessions for more complex feeding problems, specialist support around breastfeeding and fertility, and an online breastfeeding preparation & early day programme designed to be worked through independently.

Workshops & Webinars

I provide a number of online webinars for parents and for healthcare professionals aimed to provide guided self-help resources and education for common support issues including reflux, allergies and unsettled behaviour in babies.
