The Mammae online breastfeeding program is a fully comprehensive tool to prepare you for breastfeeding and to help you through the early days and weeks.  The program contains several hours of webinars and articles accompanied by over 60 videos of mothers and babies breastfeeding, showing techniques and tips, how to identify when your baby is feeding well and how to overcome common obstacles.

Research shows that spending 3 hours with a lactation consultant holding the IBCLC credential means that you are 3 times more likely to still be breastfeeding at 3 months.  This online program is designed to provide that time with a virtual IBCLC, if you are unable to see an IBCLC in person.  It covers all the material which would be covered in the group class with the addition of a lot more video material and the advantage of working through it at a pace that suits you.  Access is not time limited so you can use it to prepare for your baby and to troubleshoot after your baby arrives.
